Questions
Can I use the mockups for client work?
Yes. You can use them in personal and commercial projects, including work for clients, and change them to fit. You can't resell or redistribute them, or share the source files. The details are in the License.
What happens to my files after I cancel?
Canceling stops the next payment; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Mockups you exported and files you downloaded stay yours to use under the License.
How does the 14-day refund work?
Ask within 14 days of purchase through the refund request form (the chat on the site) and you get a full refund to the card you paid with, 7–10 business days after it is approved. The License lists the cases it doesn't cover.
What's the difference between Start and Pro?
Start ($99 a year or $29 a month) is the Static Mockup Editor with PNG, PSD, MP4 and WebM export. Pro ($144 a year or $59 a month) is everything: the Live Mockup Editor, 3d Studio, the Mockup Plugin for Figma, every source file — PSD, Figma and Sketch — illustrations and abstractions, and JPG export from Live.
What's the difference between Live and 3d Studio?
Live starts from a ready animated scene: pick one, put your design on the screen, export a video or embed it. 3d Studio is for directing the motion yourself — you keyframe the camera and the device on a timeline. Both are in Pro.
Can I add teammates?
Yes. Invite them from Team in your profile: each member adds one seat to your subscription at your plan's rate.
Do you provide invoices, and how is VAT handled?
Yes. Payments go through Paddle, and your invoices are in Billing in your profile, where you can add a company name and VAT ID for tax-exempt invoices. Otherwise the standard VAT rate of your country may be added at checkout.
Do I need a paid Figma plan for the plugin?
No. The Mockup Plugin for Figma works on any Figma plan, including free.
Do I need a separate account for the plugin?
No. It's your ls.graphics account: connect the plugin to it once in your profile (Connect), and Pro works inside Figma.
How can I download the products?
After purchasing you should receive a login link or need to log in to your profile using this link. You will see all your products in the dashboard
What if I have not received a login email?
After you have entered the email address, a message with a login link automatically sends to the indicated email. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you don't receive an email with a login link, that means your email-server blocks ours in this case please ask your system administrator to add noreply@ls.graphics to the white list. Or let us know if you need to change your email
Is there any per day limit for download?
We have no downloads limits on the site. So you can download as many as your internet connection settings allow you.
If I buy Pro, how would I know that you have updated the files and uploaded some new items?
New products will be automatically added to your personal account immediately after publication on the site.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can unsubscribe at any time from the date of purchase in your personal account (the cancellation button under the yellow line). You can use our products with no time limit, even if your subscription has ended, but you must comply with the terms of our license.
