Create your first mockup
Choose a scene, add your design, and download your first mockup as a PNG.
Choose a mockup
In Static, select a scene from the catalog. This walkthrough uses iPhone 18 Pro, Scene 16, with one editable screen.
Open the upload prompt
Click the + on the mockup screen.
Upload your design
Click Upload File and select your image. The Adjust media panel opens after upload.
Review the placement
Check your design in Adjust media. For the matching-size image used here, leave Scale at 100%.
Close the media panel
Click × to return to the canvas and review your mockup.
Open export options
Click Export in the right panel.
Download the PNG
Select PNG, then click Export Image. The file downloads to your computer.
Questions
What size should my design be?
The upload prompt shows the screen dimensions of the scene. For the iPhone scene in this guide it reads 1206 × 2622, and preparing your design at those dimensions helps it fit the screen.
How do I add my design to the screen?
Click the + on the mockup screen, click Upload File and choose your image. The Adjust media panel opens after the upload.
How do I check the placement?
Look at your design in Adjust media. For an image that matches the screen size, leave Scale at 100%, then click × to return to the canvas.
Which file format does the export give me?
Open Export, select PNG in the Export Image dialog and click Export Image. The file downloads to your computer.
