Open the PSD in Photoshop

The PSD keeps the scene in separate layers. In our test file the layers were BG, Shadow, Change-Color, a group named Mockup that holds the layer Change-This with the design on it, another Shadow, Reflection and Matches. The Shadow layers use the Multiply blend mode and Reflection uses Screen. Layer names come from the mockup, so another scene names them differently.

Choose SVG

For a file you can open in a vector editor or a browser, click SVG and then Export Image.
